Just beyond the Rift Valley escapement lies the soda lake of Eyasi under the shadow of the extinct Oldeani volcanoes on the base of South Ngorongoro highlands. The area is the last home to Hadzabe Bushmen, that inhabited the area for over 10,000 years and they still survive by hunting and gathering.
As the area being their hunting ground, as they can give you either longer or day chance to experience a way of life that has long since vanished elsewhere on the planet, i.e. hunt in the morning with armed Hadzabe warriors with local bows and arrows, afternoon Honey-gathering, walks to find traditional healing plants and food. All the night sleep on the wild animal skin bed, experience this part of the hadzabe cultural tourism at around Lake Eyasi.
